Worst hotel I had ever lodged in. Very poor customer service in fact I regretted ever going to that hotel. Won't recommend it for anyone.

Poor service. We're lied to us that AC was working but the room was like oven. The rooms not properly cleaned and the fan making too much noise and no regulator to control it. You can stay here if there no other alternative.

The place is good but the room (205) given to me was a bit dity and the A/C was nothing to write home about.They should put in more efforts making it standard arena as it was before.Thanks.

It's one of the nicest hotels in Okitipupa. It has a lively bar, nice and spacious environment. The hotel attendants are polite and friendly. The rooms were neat. Overall, it is always a nice experience lodging here.
