There is no working Ac, I had lodged in room 206 and was informed that the air-condition would be on only at night but I was met with disappointment. The AC wasn't functional but was a decorative ornament

The staffs were so untrained, imagine that transfer payments are made to the staffs account, At the bar, I had to insist that I must pay to the company and not a personal account but the girl brought up some excuses of paying extra charges which I faulted. The rooms were so…

The service is poor, the rooms not thoroughly clean. Not enough towels to go round It's affordable, ac comes on by 9pm and goes off by 6am

There was no running hot water, the tv in the room I was in had been spoilt for a while, no repairs. Room service was horrendous. Took a lot of time to respond, wouldn't get the orders right and the staff are not trained in any way. Atleast the ac worked. A 4/10
