Maintenance 1/10, security 0/10, community development and meetings -2/10 everywhere is falling apart, the security lock people outside and forget the keys, everyone here is so ignorant here. I hate this place

Nice cosy apartments right in the middle of Yaba.

A small, nice estate in a serene environment. Facilities available include at least one car park space per unit, swimming pool (adult and kid’s), gym, private security and stand by generator. Visitors are only allowed in upon confirmation.

Nice block of residential apartments within the larger Medical estate. The building looks good and it comes with security at the entrance. Of special note to other residents is the need for more engagement with the larger community, especially in areas of making the meetings…
