The Customer care service officers needs to be increased to meet the overwhelming crowd beseeching the bank. This will reduce the waiting time by Customer in the banking hall.

The ATM here saved me a lot some. In rush hour, I get here and Met like a line of 4 points, quite a queue, but since they were all working, it didn't take long for me to get my turn at the machine. I guess the number of points make customers to come here instead of the other…
