Poor service, I went there to open an account on Monday 26 of August till now I have not received my account number or BVN. Very poor service

Tight spaces & heavy traffic both on the closeby road & within the premises during working hours but service is usually decent once toil through the queues. The busy area usually leads to crowded ATMs during the day.

It a financial institution that offer poor services to there customers. When you go there for a transfer, deposite e.t.c you will have to line up for hours before there get to you.
