Very poor customer service. Their response rate is terrible, the customer service on WhatsApp responds only during closing hours, when nothing can be done. To get ur 3rd party Motor insurance renewed online could take weeks because of this poor customer service.

Very poor customer service.... I called and I was told to send my details to WhatsApp... all day no one responded to my chat when I called they told me to be patient for over 24hrs... I called afterwards they refused to take my calls. I'm definitely not using AG insurance…

They are unreliable and dubious...they are yet to settle my claim and it's over 3months. zero customer relation service too...tueh
