The price/product(s) might be good but service and efficiency is absolutely terrible. If there was a staff meeting in process, then there needs to be a more effective procedure/process in place or communicate to customers (via signs) what is going on and maybe temporarily close and reopen when there is more staff support.

I had a very disappointing experience at your station and I won’t be setting foot there again. Your attendants, especially the dark-skinned female, have a terrible attitude.
I attempted to buy 2 litres of diesel at ₦1,140 per litre, which should have totaled ₦2,280. However, your attendant entered ₦2,300 on the POS. After I had already entered my PIN, I jokingly pointed out that it should have been ₦2,280. She then cancelled the transaction and initiated another one for the correct amount, which I also paid.
I clearly told her that if I got debited twice, I would come back. A few days later, I confirmed both transactions had gone through, but when I returned to resolve the issue, you outright refused to refund my ₦2,300 or offer me the equivalent in fuel. Instead, I was threatened with security.
This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I’m still owed ₦2,300, and this experience has completely ruined my trust in your services.
