Partly because I was a newbie and partly because they offer no form of enlightenment for newbies. This year, I got a new pet and registered her with them. We were told to retake the same vaccination that the dog already took, the receptionist is so full of himself and didn’t even offer a greeting when we walked in, the reception area was poorly ventilated, but let’s say all that are superficial. They were more particular about me getting dog food and supplies from them and restarting the treatment for my puppy and I agreed. The dog started reacting to this treatment and I kept texting and calling the number on the pet card (which is the same number I had a year before) and I got no response whatsoever until I had to flare up in some of the texts before I got a call back and a response. And guess what, their solution to the puppy’s reaction (she was straining too hard to poop) was to give her lots of water and force it down with a syringe if she doesn’t drink it. The dog drinks water quite enough but we obliged and there was no improvement. I contacted the number about it and got no response. I had to take the puppy to another vet that administered the proper treatment before the dog could poop. The new vet said we shouldn’t have restarted her vaccination and she’s way past due for the second one. FYI, I went to their Arepo office. Customer Service and professionalism is a zero here. If there was zero stars, that’s exactly what I would give. Only visit them for dog produce and never for dog care.
