It is not a major park per se as they travel to largely south west and north central states from there (to the best of my knowledge).
They should work on maintenance.

In response to what I would love to see, I feel like those hills surrounding can be kind of tidied for hiking activities and there can be a paint and sip thing also and having a paintball game shot too would be nice

The 2k entry fee should be able to cover things like table tennis and snooker. You pay a 2k entry fee and still need to pay 500 for every single thing you do.
No snacks were available because we went on a weekday, just popcorn and some drinks that weren't even cold. We paid the entry fee and were asked to wait an hour for them to fix the generator to get the machines running, we ended up waiting for close to three hours! That was very frustrating especially as that was what we went there for.
If they could make the place a bit more lively for those coming on weekdays, it would be a lot better.

My major concern was with the grill service. Payment was required upfront, yet the service was extremely slow. I traveled all the way from Lagos and ordered two drinks, chicken and chips, ice cream, and small chops. Unfortunately, I was only served the drinks and ice cream.
I was initially told the wait time would be 30 minutes. After waiting, the food was still not ready, and I was asked to wait even longer. This was very inconvenient, as I do not live in Akure and driving at night is unsafe for me. I eventually had to leave without the food, despite having already paid.
This experience was disappointing and quite frustrating. I strongly suggest that management employ more staff, especially during festive periods, to avoid such situations and improve customer satisfaction.

As a traveller, you basically can board a commercial vehicle for south west Nigeria like; Oshogbo, Ilesha, Ikire, Ibadan, Lagos[ badagary, Lekki], Abeokuta, Sagamu. The fares are moderate and most of the buses/ cars are owned by individual or co-operatives. The drivers are highly professional and the safety record is impressive. You can be assured of a sweet and safe ride to your destination. There are rest rooms and local eateries available.
The second aspect of the garage is the car partd/ accessory area. This area consists of sets of well layout shops owned by individual where you can buy genuine car replacement parts from OEM in Japan and USA. You can get the following parts: car engine/ gear, suspension parts[ tie-rods, shock absorbers, Constant velocity shaft], steering rack, brake pads, wheel axles, electric starter motor, fuel pump, door frames, doors, dash board, Air conditioner compressors, windshield etc. Car accessories like head lights, tail lights, carpets, air fresher, car stereos, amongst others can be purchased on the go. There are no standardized price. It depends on your bargaining power.
Security is good and the place is peaceful. Opening days are every day from 7am to 7pm. There are technicians to help you at cheap price. I have been patronizing the place for 10 years and have no regrets with them. I will gladly recommend it for any car owner or travellers. There are rest rooms and local eateries.

I only want to complain about the guy in the nail studio, He likes extorting money from customers in a silly way. Nails of 5k he could tell you 7k and write a receipt of 5k for you to pay at the reception then transfer 2k to him. It shouldn't be so. I think his name should be Henry. I didn't like that idea of that during my stay. Let him be cautioned.

I know it's a wildlife park but they can do better. It may have changed a lot since I was there but the other reviews suggest it hasn't. No businesses on site too.
