Order wasn't forthcoming and I kept having to remind the waiter for an order I was still going to pay for, because I was starving. 30mins gone and the manager came to assure me the order will be ready after I had enquired the umpteenth time. After another 30mins, making it an hour after my order, I ordered my ride to leave and after conversing with the driver, the order finally came. I was not interested anymore, I had food at home, so I had to leave but they still tried to convince me to pay. It was a very irritating event which I described to friends, only to hear that I was fortunate that I even got to see my order because Squarehead isn't known as Squarehead but as the place that the order never arrives! 🤦 That's what reviews are for: if only they wrote about it, I would have known. So, I'm doing my part now. You're welcome.
P.S The order was shawarma. The friends said they asked for drinks. Apparently, whatever it is you order, it is a privilege if it actually comes in time.
