Hammed O.★★★★★ — Imagine booking more than 2 hours before the time they were needed and the attendant replied just "Ok" and getting a message from them less than a minute to when they were supposed to be with you already to be informed that you need to pay upfront before the therapist can come and the price has increased????
I don't have a problem with the upfront or the price increase but I know for sure that it should have been communicated earlier instead of getting just an "Ok" response.
Is it that they don't know people have their plans or they don't know the appointment time means they should be there by that time instead of "just coming"????
UPDATE: After my conversations with the manager, it seems the customer service agent added the extra 5k for personal gain and there was nothing like upfront payments, I was also given a 10% discount to make up for the bad experience so I will be updating my rating after the service has been rendered.
UPDATE: They came to render the service and it was like the best so I'm updating my review to 5/5!
