Chicken Republic is always the brand I go for wherever I find myself, beginning from Lagos, Lokoja and this time it was my first visit to the Makurdi outlet. The lady that served us, one Jennifer has a top notch customer service I haven't seen in any of the several locations I have visited so far. My concern however was about the space. The management should do more in maximizing the space, I believe proper arrangement can produce more tables and seats. I and my people had to hang in a corner for a table to be cleared before we could sit comfortably.

Air-conditioning is top notch to battle the Makurdi heat. Food prices are friendly and freshly made fruit juices are also available. I tried the sugarcane juice and it blew my mind away.

This place used to be somewhere you could actually sit and get work done but now it is completely impractical for anyone who needs to use a laptop or stay longer than a quick meal. It feels like customers who work or study here are no longer welcome. Disappointing, frustrating and honestly a step backwards for the café

Bought Spaghetti and Beef, wasn't that delicious as it looked like. Then the time written on the menu was 10-20 minutes to deliver and I had to wait for more than an hour.
