There is a trail ypu can follow, the entrance was located behind the butcher shop. It was a bit difficult for us to find the base of the hill and we went back and forth for couple of minutes and many people around also didn't know. It is just opposite the NMA house and behind the butcher stalls. The views from the top is quite nice and you can explore other parts as well. Wander around you won't regret it
