However that's where it all ends, as the service delivery is pretty poor and unimpressive. The workers are lazy, preferring to seat at the entrance to the main space, chatting away on their mobile devices, rather than attend to their customers.
The owners would do well to recruit a new set of workers with the right mental attitude else I don't see a future of the business for a long period of time.
