    • Ogbemudia M. ★★★★★ : Airtel is generally a very funny network, and this reflects all round. The people here are nice, approachable, friendly, but I don't think they can change much, as much of the issues they are dealing with stem from the general failure of the brand.
    • Sean T. ★★★★★ : Arrived and checked in at 10:20AM waiting in line for exactly an hour before someone asked me what I needed help with, told them I needed an eSIM. Took nearly another half an hour before one of the representatives was able to assist me. The process took another 35 minutes which didn’t work due to Airtel network issues. End up wasting a total of 2 hour plus just to seat inside an air conditioner, you’ve got to be kidding me. Supposedly there are numbered kiosks 1 - 4 however, only two of those kiosk had a representative working while the other two are just idle. The crazy part was there were more Airtel officials coming and going without providing any assistance to the seated customers now tell me what exactly are they getting paid for if they are unable to streamline customer’s wait time. Long wait times, horrible customer service, unprofessional staff, and finally worst customer support.
