The reason people go to a reputable phone store to purchase mobile phones, even when they know they can purchase them cheaper from roadside vendors, is for one primary reason; PEACE OF MIND! Unfortunately, that is not the case at Phone Headquaters, as I found out the hard way. I purchased a Nokia 105 at N10,500 from their store in Awka on the 29th of December, 2022. Only to discover that the phone was a fake Nokia product, even worse, the phone's battery did not last longer than 6 hrs on standby mode. I went back to their store the very next day to make a complaint. The store attendant who sold the phone to me told me that there was nothing they could do about it. And their Manager concurred with what she said, stating that they "don't make phones"... She even tried to imply that the phones battery was faulty because I didn't give the phone the proper initial charge. Unknown to her, I gave the phone to their staff to carry out the initial charging right there in their store, as their CCTV cameras will show. I eventually left the store deeply disgruntled. In summary, don't buy phones from Phone Headquaters as they sell fake products in addition to horrible after sales services. I just lost N10,500 to a useless company. Thank God it wasn't N150,000.
PS. I found their website, and it says that they have a 90 day return policy, which based on my experience is a shameless lie. Whatever you do, don't buy from them. You'll regret it. Just like me.
