This particular surgery saved her life, the timely intervention of the doctors was key to preventing an unfortunate situation.
All these experiences were handled with the care and professionalism expected of a hospital as reputable as Deda.
Deda nicely checks other boxes of hygiene, ambience, professional medical and administrative staff, etc.
On account of those, I certainly will recommend Deda.

The delays were completely unacceptable. Patients were left waiting for hours with no clear explanation, no updates, and no sense of urgency, even in situations where time clearly mattered.
For a hospital, this level of inefficiency and disregard for patients is alarming. A healthcare facility should prioritize care, communication, and respect, but unfortunately, Nisa Hospital fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this hospital based on my experience. Send your front desk officers for more training on customer service and satisfaction. They also lack empathy, too bad.
