Based on my experience in the last couple of months, The management should as a matter of urgency make a standard labour room and theater available. There's also a need for constant power supply, increased supplies in the pharmacy and recruitment of competent doctors, midwives and nurses for optimal patient care.

Mary A.★★★★★ — My experience with this hospital was extremely disappointing and distressing. I underwent two unsuccessful IVF cycles with them. During a planned lul process, I was mistakenly administered a trigger shot before the appropriate date, which should never happen in a fertility setting.
More concerning, I was misdiagnosed with cancer, an error that caused immense emotional trauma.
Despite the seriousness of this mistake, no follow-up call or message was made to check on my wellbeing or clarify the situation.
I eventually sought care at another hospital and achieved my desired outcome on the first attempt, which further highlighted the poor quality of care received here. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this facility to anyone.
