I shipped my graduation attire and important documents on October 29th through Ella Priority Saver after being assured in writing that delivery would take only three to four business weeks. That commitment was not honored. The lack of honesty, integrity, and transparency throughout this process has been extremely distressing.
Today is my graduation, and my items never arrived. I am choosing to let go of the frustration for Allah’s sake so that this day is not completely overshadowed. But the disappointment is profound.

I boarded their bus from Lagos to aba but regretted it all the way to my destination. Firstly, they have very greedy unprofessional driver who lacks any sense of urgency or empathy. What kind of transport company stops and pick passengers and goods on the way as if it they are running town service? Secondly, they don't keep to time. I was told as at the time of purchasing my bus fare that the bus will leave by 7:30am unfailing, but they never kept to it, we ended up leaving by 9am which led to heavy traffic encountered along Lagos/Ibadan expressaway. Thirdly, when we got to Orie for a stop, a sensible driver would have informed the passengers the average time they are to spend so that we don't waste much time again before continuing our journey, guess what, every passenger gathered around the bus after like 15mins of stoping and the driver was no where to be found. Meanwhile the sun was blazing so much that we didn't have any shed or whatever to atleast stay under. When the driver finally showed up after taking so much time, no apologies was offered instead he started hustling to pick another passenger there thereby delaying the journey further. Fourthly, I have never seen a transport company that pack passengers like saddin like this Andyliz motors. It was so terrible that we have to climb over the next seat to have access to disembark the vehicle when there is need for passenger to drop off or go down. In conclusion, I believe that no passenger deserved to be treated the way this transport company does. I wouldn't recommend them for use even to my worst enemy. AndyLiz motors and logistics is a terrible transport company, please don't use them for your sanity.

Before boarding your bus from Festac to Awka, I confirmed multiple times that your bus goes to Awka, only for you to disgracefully abandon me in Onitsha, with no reasonable arrangement to reach the destination I already paid for. This is outright cheating and a disgusting way to treat customers. Let it be clear: anyone who uses your company is doing so at their own peril. I strongly warn the public to avoid your fraudulent services.

Booked a Accra-Lagos ticket (₦110k) for my mom & her friend and it was the worst experience.
• 🎶 Driver turned the bus into a club — blasting music so loud that even when begged to reduce it (one passenger has HBP), he refused and was rude.
• 🚐 Picked up extra passengers mid–journey and squeezed people like sardines.
• ❄️ Switched off AC at night, rolled down windows in the cold.
• 🕒 Departure after 6pm, but didn’t reach Badagry until 6:40am — 12+ hours for what should not take that long.
• 🤡 The bus conductor told passengers to “do what will make your driver happy” — on top of people’s money?!
• 📞 Manager ignored my WhatsApp complaints. Only replied after I went public, then claimed my mom lied.
And the biggest red flag? I brought up an old review where a passenger lost an unborn child due to reckless driving. Their response: “my wife the baby is even 3 months now if you want evidence” 🤯. The review was 6 months ago and clearly said miscarriage — how can the baby be “3 months now”? Lies on top of lies.
This company clearly does not care about safety, comfort, or truth. Please avoid them if you value your money, health, and peace of mind.
