Rabia M.★★★★★ — I truly had an amazing time. The food was incredibly delicious and the customer service was outstanding. The atmosphere was lovely and everything exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Emmanuel B.★★★★★ — Serene environment, delicious meals, and exceptional service. The waiting time is a bit long and a bit pricey. But the overall experience was worth it.
Abati M.★★★★★ — I loved every ounce of the food and the service was top notch! I went there with my family and we were served drinks first, then waited for our food.
It took a while but it was worth it.
Idowu M.★★★★★ — had an absolutely wonderful experience at South Kitchen and Lounge! From the moment I walked in, everything about the place stood out — the cozy atmosphere, the neat setup, the delicious food, and the attentive service. It’s one of those places that makes you feel welcome right away.
But what truly made my visit exceptional was Mrs. Modupe, one of the supervisors. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect — from checking on our table with genuine warmth to making sure we were satisfied with every detail. Her professionalism, kindness, and calm energy added such a personal touch to the whole experience. It’s rare to meet someone who takes their job so seriously yet makes it feel so effortless.
Big shout-out to Mrs. Modupe for her outstanding service! She’s truly a gem and a great representation of what excellent customer service should be. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending South Kitchen & Lounge to friends and family.
ObafemiO★★★★★ — Great experience! I had the mutton with naan… It was good and just spicy enough! We also had the turkey appetizer, pounded yam and Efo… All delicious! The atmosphere is beautiful. I can’t wait to brin
ServiceCritic★★★★★ — What I ordered was tasted delicious, restaurant atmosphere was calm, order didn’t take so much time. The waitress lacks a bit of product knowledge, but she was polite and friendly.
Ayo A.★★★★★ — Just a basic fast food out let. The restaurant was immaculately clean, the staff were very attentive and polite too. I did not purchase any food item, I bought coffee (nescafe) only.
Saleem★★★★★ — In as much as I like the food, the waiting time to get the food done is not it for me.. on a really busy day you can wait more than 30mins without getting your order...
Kemi A.★★★★★ — I enjoyed the gaming experience with my kids. So fun to be there. Nice place
Ajine C.★★★★★ — Stepping into Super Foods Abeokuta was a breath of fresh air! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the clean and vibrant atmosphere. The space feels modern and welcoming, a perfect setting to enjoy a healthy and delicious meal. The staff were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help me navigate their impressive menu.
I ordered one of their smoothie bowls, and it was a work of art. The presentation was beautiful, and you could tell every ingredient was fresh and thoughtfully chosen. The açaí base was perfectly blended and topped with a generous amount of fresh fruit, granola, and a drizzle of honey. It tasted as good as it looked—a refreshing and nutrient-packed treat that left me feeling energized and satisfied.
What I love most about Super Foods is their commitment to quality and health. It's so refreshing to find a place that offers wholesome, guilt-free options without compromising on flavor. They have a great selection of juices, smoothies, and other healthy bites, making it the ideal spot for a quick snack or a full meal.
If you’re in Abeokuta and looking for a healthy and delicious food experience, I highly recommend this place. Super Foods is more than just a restaurant; it's a wellness destination. I'm already planning my next visit to try out their other offerings!
Lateef Y.★★★★★ — The food was nice, I enjoyed it. Service needs work. The attendant looked bored and uninterested. I also had to ask 3 people before I could get serviettes. The liquid soap for handwashing ran out and wasn't refilled.
All in all, the food was great, and the ambience was good. I could visit again.
Debbie O.★★★★★ — The Amala is the best I think I've ever had. Even the jollof was another banger! The prices aren't bad and the servers can do better with trainings and retrainings. They need to do much much better with the cleaning and general comfort of the place bcos they have enough space. I spent over 5k and couldn't get serviettes. They should do better but the food was lip smacking good!
Fashakin S.★★★★★ — Currently the road under maintenance you cant come there if you're on a bike this time and feel safe, its all due to the bad road and the engineers are just playing with people's life and if you have a care its best to make sure your car is in good shape else its likely to breakdown during the plying of the bad road...[for now]
Kenmotech K.★★★★★ — We As a graphic designer and store designer, we've had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of people to bring their visions to life. Whether it's crafting a captivating logo or designing a welcoming store layout, the power of design lies in its ability to connect with people on an emotional level.
Adetolu A.★★★★★ — P&P is nice small to medium sized pastry & grocery store along the mian ita-eko road in abeokuta, it is within a humble neighborhood but being on the main road makes it very much accessible to all. The pastry is nice and the mart sells varieties of fast moving goods from beverages to snacks to other items for personal use. The bread is one of the best in town by some people's judgement. Although it has likited parking spaces, it is a nice place to visit on your way out of Abeokuta linking the old Lagos road
Temilola J.★★★★★ — Pizza & Pastries (P&P) is a well-situated restaurant in Ita Eko, Abeokuta, not far from Panseke and close to the popular Tarmac gadget complex. Its prime location makes it easily accessible, and the spacious parking area is a plus. The security personnel at the entrance were professional, which set a good first impression.
Inside, the restaurant boasts a beautiful and spacious dining hall, with a separate section dedicated to selling bread. The menu is diverse, offering everything from local dishes and swallows to rice meals, snacks, drinks, and ice cream. The food is quite affordable, though the portion sizes are relatively small, which may require you to buy more to feel satisfied. My first experience was enjoyable—the food was tasty, and the environment was clean and peaceful, making it a great place for private dining and family outings. They also offer takeout, and there's a dedicated kiddies' play area, which is a thoughtful addition.
However, my experiences with customer service have been consistently poor. The counter staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and in a hurry to attend to customers, often wearing frowns. This wasn’t a one-time occurrence, as I have visited multiple times and encountered the same issue. On my last visit, I was disappointed to be served cold food that was neither fresh nor reheated, making it distasteful. Additionally, I couldn't order swallow dishes because there was no water at the handwashing basin—something that should never happen in a restaurant.
Overall, P&P has great potential with its appealing ambiance, affordability, and variety of food options, but it urgently needs to improve its customer service and food quality consistency. These issues, if addressed, would make it a top-tier dining spot in Abeokuta.
Adeola T.★★★★★ — Was the worst shawama I ever tasted. I requested for chicken +sausage
But I got bones instead
And even the bones tasted spoilt.
The sausage tasted awful too
My friend nd myself couldn’t eat it
A total waste of #6,000
Fisayo A.★★★★★ — They deserve a good review for the food but their customer relation is poor. They’re a sexist looking down on customers it happened to my girlfriend and her friend today
abayomi K.★★★★★ — food took too long to get to us, the food was not properly cooked. the drink was brilliant.
Ayomiposi J.★★★★★ — This housing estate is truly impressive! The layout is well-planned. It's clear that a lot of thought went into designing a comfortable and sustainable community.
NYAREGHWUA T.★★★★★ — Laderin is a nice place to live in
Olamide A.★★★★★ — I stopped by 24 Hours Restaurant in Abeokuta and had their amala and soup, honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. It tasted like real home food, rich and comforting. I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was too.
The staff were friendly and attended to me very quickly, which made the experience even better. The ambiance was nice and welcoming, perfect for a quick meal or a relaxed stop.
Definitely a spot I’ll be returning to. Highly recommend!
Debbie O.★★★★★ — I was taken there 2ce but couldn't eat. The second time, I managed to walk in and the atmosphere wasn't it. Hot, disorganised and stood there for almost 10mins but none of the servers looked my way nor responded bcos I didn't speak Yoruba. Walked out and was glad I did bcos I wouldn't have found Halaga if I didn't
