I think they lack viable competition that's why people go there at all. I spent 4 hours waiting for a scan that took 10 minutes to complete. THEY DONT CARE
• Big P. ★★★★★ — Today 14/09/2024 I went for scan with my wife at the union diagnostic center in Tejuosho Yaba,I was pressed and I went to pee,firstly I am a regular customer cause my wife uses only union diagnostic for all our children scans or any other services,only for this lady below here to call me and speak to me rudely saying didn’t I hear when she was calling me not to go to the toilet unannounced and I explained myself saying I didn’t hear and I already told the other woman in charge of calling customers into the scan room that I wanted to use the rest room,there’s nothing this lady didn’t say to me,she insulted me to the core,her manner of approach is a total 0 and I had to walk up to her and asked her y she was being rude and that was she Aiit,she insulted me seriously,a full grown man like me,a father of 3 children saying am crazy and am not alright in my brain,she insulted me seriously and am heavily disappointed cause there was no one to correct her and it is so obvious that the management of that branch is so bad,for workers to boldly insult customers,I am highly disappointed
