The radiographer didn’t know his job and told me he wasn’t sure of what he was seeing. How? I am a nurse and not a radiographer so you can imagine how confused I was. And to say I sent a WhatsApp message to complain and no response till now is really irritating. Please if you are going in for scan (especially if you are pregnant) I will recommend you don’t use there for now until someone who knows his job is brought in.

The first ignored me when I walked, the second spoke to me in the 3rd person person singular speaking to the other colleague that who are these while she was doing TIKTOK. I felt so embarrassed and the third colleague said, she was just watching me walking there foolishly.
Eventually stepped out to speak with the man outside about their behavior he was even worse he asked me if I asked him if they are still open. How arrogant can a hospital be??
No respect and so unprofessional and they are ready to bark at a patient. DONT COME HERE THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT! ZERO STAR!

6 years ago we brought our dad, a 71 years old man for an MRI scan only for an inexperienced staff who didn't know how to man the machine to be on duty. Results never came out till he passed on after paying so much.
This past weekend, my daughter was rushed from boarding school for a knee X-ray. . 24hours after, The staff at the reception said the person to print it out had closed by 4pm. So report came out 48hours later despite the emergency.
On Saturday she was taken for an MRI scan, inexperienced staff on duty was checking Google to be able to operate the machine! Jocking with someones life!
The report is to come out on monday but if we pay extra10k (after paying 100k for the MRI) we will get a soft copy of the film in a CD right away, before monday. We paid. Only for the doctors to open the CD on Saturday and see nothing saved in it. Empty! Defeating the whole purpose of paying extra and costing us time for prompt medical attention!
Intercontinental Diagnostics is just big for nothing. No competent staff there. Do better please, or shut down.

I got to intercontinental diagnostics by 12.00noon on a Saturday, for an MRI on my niece. They kept us waiting till 2.30pm and when we protested, the person at the reception nonchalantly replied that it was no big deal, we can get angry, nobody will die. Complaint lines rang without anyone picking the calls.
The radiologist spent initial 20 mins ( after. He had placed my niece on the machine) browsing the Internet for videos on how the MRI machine works. He was shuttling to and fro perfoming ultra sound scans between our procedure.
Finally after 4 hours of nonchalance, intercontinental gave us an empty CD as our MRI result to present to the professor in charge of my niece.
That is the worst diagnostic center ever.

I haven't really used their services before but from afar, they seem okay, it's an upscale building and at site, not too difficult to locate, with wheelchair accessible entrance and parking.
