I can feel the intentionality behind everything I’ve ordered from them. They’re so particular about the detail of every order and their customer service is commendable. One time, I gave them my budget and the social media handle of one of my aunties. I had no idea what to gift her. They curated a package that kept her asking “how did you know I love this and that”. They are meant to be official Rolex retailers but openly sell watches at grey market prices. They sold me a Rolex with a warranty card they altered, passing it off as brand new, meanwhile it had been sold months earlier and returned. Worst part of it all is, they did not even have the decency to refund or replace the watch. That alone is a criminal offence. Stay far away from these lot and build relationships with proper Rolex authorised dealers outside Nigeria. Absolute disgrace. I am in the process of bringing the conduct of this retailer to the Rolex.
