Chika and her staff will ignore you if you request for a refund of the damage. Took 4 wigs to them. They ruined my blonde wig. Balded the lace. Dyed the roots the wrong color, and acted like they did nothing wrong & as if the damage was due to wear and tear … meanwhile I hadn’t worn the wig in over 3 years (since the 1st video) before I gave it to them. Video 2 is of the damage - (after i asked them to dye the roots dark brown - not black) - 1st time they told me my wig was ready. Video 3 is after they tried to rectify, in which I asked for a refund as the lace is damaged beyond repair &n the cost of replacing the lace would have to be at my own expense! They stopped responding. 3 out of 4 wigs i dropped with them were ruined by stylists and staff. They never acknowledge their wrongdoing or respond to the client. If you like go there, sorry for you. Wish there were zero stars to give. Chika and her staff are repeat offenders. Wish I knew before deciding to patronize them. Feel free to reach out to me from proof beyond this!

Unprofessional and will not honor returns "If I could give zero stars, I would. I received the wigs that was clearly horrible, according to the vendor "they used a professional light on the hair i saw and ordered on Instagram", even though I paid top dollar for human hair. When I contacted the vendor to ask for a refund, the owner became incredibly defensive and rude. They hid behind a 'no refund policy' in their fine print and refused to help. I'm stock with the nonsense hairs and useless color. Do yourself a favor do not order their hair!"

When I roll it or curl it before long the wig starts to look matted. I do not understand why this was advertised and sold as human hair. A total disappointment. Now I am stuck with the hair.
