When we finally settled into our three apartments, we discovered numerous deficiencies. Unfortunately, we found several issues in all of them. The gas supply was empty in every apartment, and several air conditioners, showers, refrigerators, and televisions were broken. Some cupboards couldn't be fully opened due to poor layout, several handles were broken, and there was only one towel for the shower and one for the floor—no hand towels, etc.
When we arrived for our initial inspection at the beginning of the week, we were assured that the premises had been treated for pests and were allowed to view the accessible areas, such as the sports center, during our stay. Management was generally slow to respond to our concerns and consistently offered the same excuses instead of providing concrete and helpful solutions.
Then, to make matters worse, we were mistakenly asked to check out the day before our trip. This oversight, after all the other issues we'd experienced, is the height of unprofessionalism, yet we remained calm and accepted the endless inconveniences.
Finally, we wanted to make the most of the swimming pool and had made all the necessary preparations. When we contacted reception to arrange our pickup, we were informed that the pool area had been rented out for a private event. This was the biggest disappointment of our stay, and after this experience, one thing is clear: "We will never come back here and advise everyone against it!" They could at least have informed us that the pool area would be closed on that day so we could have made the necessary arrangements. The value for money is abysmal.
