Update: There performance has dropped all of a sudden. I complained severally, it works for some days and then you are back to have a slow and unusable network.

It worked unbelievably fast for the first 5 days and then it was unusably slow.....reported it and 4 days counting nothing done. I am trying to get a refund. used for 12 days and only 5 days of useful service....Two lessons
1. Rely on google reviews, I should have taken heed to flee from these jokers.
2 The Syscomtech Radio service is like igniting your money directly. Total waste of money.

..the refund process ...hmmm yea you are right , no refund and this is the way it works, once they give you the equipment described as free, you must pay 3 to 6 months uninterrupted subscription to keep the equipment, ..cant remember then exact period . I tried to trade in the equipment......they offered peanuts ..I threw them away.
