The chairman of the estate is nasty, not a very nice person. Service charge is ridiculous 400k and I don't see what we are paying for. The security at the gate sucks, anyone and everyone can just walk in without been alerted. Very dangerous. It means an assassin can gain access into the estate in 2 seconds. No security lights at night when there isn't electricity, that's another flaw. Now, the parking is crazy, the oldies park all their cars outside and expect the neighbours to park inside. That's pretty selfish don't you think. It's mostly oldies in there so, watch out for these vampires.
