Their commitment to safety remains a standout feature, with both red and black fire extinguishers readily available and a designated muster point in case of emergencies. I also noticed a thoughtful touch with water dripping onto the gas tank, helping to keep it cool, and the fact that the gas tank was situated close to a tree provided additional shade.This shows a proactive approach to safety that is often overlooked in many other establishments.
The restrooms were impressively clean, which is a rarity at gas stations, and I appreciated the ample parking space that made it easy to find a spot.
However, I do believe there is room for improvement. One suggestion is to consider hiring a dedicated safety officer. Having someone on-site to remind both staff and visitors about safety protocols can truly enhance the environment. Moreover, conducting regular safety drills would not only prepare the staff for any potential fire emergencies but also foster a culture of safety awareness among all patrons.
Overall, my visit to One Gas was very positive, and with these improvements, I think they could take their safety and customer service to the next level.
