I have had a terrible experience since moving into Lekki Garden Cyberville Estate. The water supply is almost non-existent, and when water is available, it is muddy and unusable. Despite numerous complaints, the issue remains unresolved, forcing me to buy water regularly. This led to me dislocating my hand while carrying water.
Additionally, the estate is frequently flooded and poses multiple security threats. Lekki Gardens and their facility management team, Coraxen, have done nothing to address these issues or our complaints.
I do not recommend anyone buying or renting an apartment from Lekki Gardens. Complaints fall on deaf ears, and the living conditions are unacceptable.
