My year had been busy. I wasn't sure I wanted to go through the photoshoot ‘ritual’ for my 50th, but somewhere along the line I made up my mind and tried to reach out to Emem but couldn't get through. Apparently, she was honing her skills outside the country.
Eventually, she sent me a chat, and I realized this photoshoot matter is not wait and take😜. They need about 10-15 days to get the pictures ready, and the date I was looking out for wasn't going to cut it. I put calls through to a couple other studios, and timing wasn't very convenient; moreover, the package had me doing some work with sourcing a make-up artist, hairdresser, etc. All I had were my clothes, and I did not have the energy for any more than that!
The unique selling point for PBE was the completeness of her package, which came with great customer service, follow-up, a make-up artist, and hairstylist. Maybe if I mentioned I needed clothes, they will just appear 😂😂😂
The session was as spectacular as the pictures that came out of it. The professionalism, lovely music, cheerful assistants, air conditioning that was right for the hormonal stage of myself 😂, and much more!
Three hours went by so quickly. I even went for the shoot with my husband and daughter. Emem knew how to crack us up and get a laughter-filled room. It was truly an experience!!!
