I had a meal plan with them and on the last day, plans changed and I had to travel earlier and change the time of delivery. I sent a message the night before but I wasn’t aware of any working hours. No one responded. The next day I was traveling by 8:30am and I asked that they cancel the last meal at about 7am. No one responded until a couple of minutes later and I was told that they had already started prepping and can’t refund. Now my issue is they said they were just prepping and hadn’t started making it yet and they still couldn’t refund my 30k. So they won on both ends. Didn’t make the meal and kept my money. Attaching a screenshot of the evidence that shows the food was not made. Tread lightly with these people!
