When I go there, it's actually to have meetings at the stadium poolside, especially because it's centrally located and one can actually buy snacks and drinks while you have your meetings. No fee is charged to access the poolside location, but it is expected that one buys at least a drink. The Olympic size pool can be used for a fee, and it is very well maintained.
