Renike★★★★★ — If there was an option for 0 stars, I would pick it. I’m only leaving 1 star because that’s the minimum. Chowdeck is extremely unreasonable with their operations. I acted immediately after my order was delivered, provided proof that the items were sealed and unused, and even contacted the store directly. Still, Chowdeck kept giving excuses and refused to process a simple return and refund.
This isn’t a small money at least for me, it’s ₦72,000 worth of items I don’t need, just sitting unused. Even in the past when they made mistakes with my orders, I stayed calm and cooperative. But now that I need help, they’ve completely failed to assist. Very disappointing and unfair experience.
