I ordered their jollof rice and fried rice, and it was a complete disappointment. The rice wasn’t sweet at all, it tasted bland, was half-done, hard, and generally poorly prepared. It was so bad that I couldn’t even eat it. The only thing I managed to eat was the chicken.
Spending money on that meal felt like a total waste because the rice was completely inedible for me. I genuinely regret buying it. I don’t know about their other food items, so I can’t speak on those, but based on my experience with the rice, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
If you’re considering Food MATAZ, please avoid their rice. I strongly advise against it. My experience was very disappointing, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to waste their money the way I did.
