- Darlene M. ★★★★★ — It's a very neat environment and the staff are organized and helpful. They're also quite nice and professional which I must say is very rare in a government owned facility. I was pleasantly surprised to see smiles from them and willingness to offer assistance. 10/10 experience. Also, as I said earlier, a lot of importance is placed on neatness as they keep advising you to drop your rubbish in the dedicated trash cans around. I hope they keep it up. If you're using the train station for the first time, note that they keep to time to the last second. You'll miss your train if you don't get there several minutes ahead of the departure time. Also make sure you hold a means of identification or have a picture of one on your phone.

I bought first class tickets but from what I saw, I think the only difference between first business and business class is you have a lot of leg room space in first class. So you can also tilt the chair backwards if you want to sleep. Also for those going with children it will give the children space to kick or move around or for a pram. It was a smooth ride for me. Would definitely go again. Maybe I will book business class this time.
