• Nwaobi C. ★★★★★ — This company is fraudulent and act so unprofessional, they have no good PR with customers and to think this was the first time I ever used them to ship a product from China yet they messed the whole thing up. My goods arrived and there was no proper communication and their agents call and sound like they are scammers without giving details of your goods but only say come and pay and yank off the phone. My goods took longer than necessary for more than 2 weeks I didn't hear from anyone until I started calling both Owerri Lagos and China FedEx to wage in. They walk hand in glove with customs as their agents to give customers outrageous duty to pay. I shipped a product worth $99 dollars and they arranged with customs to give me a duty of #838k plus fund attached pictures and I had to protest and it was later reduced to #471k and even when I complained that it was much, they didn't care because they were not the ones paying the money. This is the first and last time I would ever use FedEx and I will send this review also to FedEx direct. I paid that money out of compulsion, force and threat as they kept saying the goods would be seized and auctioned forcing my hands to do the needful. Too bad.
