Her tact,experience, expertise, resilience, courtesy, patience, doggedness,calmness and poise are off this world and worth commending. She made these joy happen even when she was asking of submitting some documents that I got tired BUT she insisted I should get them as it would help. she took out time to explain why we must get it right. In her words "Ma please I don't want to fail and loose these visas" could still hear her sweet calm and reassuring voice, though I never saw her face but I could still see her beautiful smiles and laughter. The journey was worth it as now the end has justified the means. Job well done @Hannah and TATAGENCY. What a staff to have here. Many thanks TATAGENCY for raising very professional, well behaved and good staff members. This is a good appraisal issue for this lady Ms Hannah in a nutshell as I could go on and on.
