The hotel management have no Ethics on how to deal with long stay customers! Only few staffs are nice. Just tell me how microwaving a food is a whole 1k insane! Tomorrow you guys will expect me to be back here when there are numerous hotel with good customer service impossible! And again one of the room cleaner stole from me while cleaning my room. Thank you

You can call the kitchen for food and in 30mins you’ve still not gotten the food. We had to get food elsewhere during out stay

I strongly encourage the hotel manager/board to coach them on customer service and give them proper training. If not, they would ruin the hotel business for the owner. They have to be reminded multiple times to clean the rooms. The Toilets Stink, no towels, no toilet paper i had to go to shopping mall to purchase toiletries. All the cupboards are dusty.
