They turned off the generator in the middle of the night and we stayed in darkness till morning. No water heater. You have to pay to get hot water.

James M.★★★★★ — My advice for the owner of the hotel is to sack all the workers in this hotel and employ reasonable, hospitable and positive minded professionals to manage the hotel otherwise they will run down the hotel as they have nothing to offer.They are so terrible and inefficient and lack character, good conduct and they are so indiscipline. I give them zero percent.
As for the facilities, they are not too bad but should be improved upon.
For instance, there are no mirrors in the toilet, the water coming from the wash hand basin in the toilet empties directly into the toilet’s floor - very ugly and horrible.
Also, the lightings in the room is too poor. Among the bad behavior of the staffs are: their nonchalant attitude towards the complaint of guests, they laugh about it as if saying ‘so what’ and go away without doing anything about what you want. It’s so awful.
