• Angelina-Eunice ★★★★★ — - The internet in the hotel was down most of the time and i kept getting different excuses. - I had to change hotel room because the bathroom was dated with mould and the new rrom given to me had a broken toilet seat which was eventually changed. - There was no hanger rail in the wardrobe. - There were flies in the restaurant and the staff have to keep using fly catcher while we're eating. - The room were not cleaned and you have to request for room cleaner several times for someone to come in to clean. -There were several times that there was not toilet roll in the room because they leave one very small toiletroll in the bathroom. - The aircondition was leaking while i thought it was raining outside until i discovered the whole floor wet in the morning. - There were baby cockcroches in the kettle which I only discovered after making tea and drinking from and immediately, i had to check out of the hotel with my cousin. -With all the trauma i went through at the hotel, I was told to come back and will get 50% off my bill if i come back. The manager only apologied that they cannot compensate me. I was ill for over 2weeks of getting out of the hotel but my doctor said the boiled water would have killed any bacteria from the cockcroches water which was just a bit of mental trauma just thinking about it.
