I'm writing this review to warn potential customers about the appalling experience I had at [de boss hotel and suites]. The management is extremely poor, and the owner's negligence is astounding.
During my stay, I witnessed firsthand the lack of basic amenities, including food, cleaning supplies, air fresheners, and pest control. The rooms were in deplorable condition, with a strong, unpleasant odor that made it difficult to breathe.
What's even more concerning is the owner's blatant disregard for staff welfare. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and subjected to verbal and physical abuse. I've seen staff members being slapped and belittled, regardless of their position or gender.
The owner expects his staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service despite the lack of resources. It's unacceptable to expect employees to work in such conditions and then blame them for the hotel's shortcomings.
The facilities are poorly maintained, and the owner shows no interest in investing in the hotel's upkeep. The staff room is non-existent, and employees are forced to frotter for basic facilities.
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel until the management addresses these serious issues. Until then, it's a risk to your health, safety, and well-being.
