They offer good and affordable medical services compared to some private hospitals. Although sometimes there is not enough bed space to admit more patients, which the Government Officials needs to do something about it.

My first encounter was with the front deck nurse she was rude to me for no reason at al, i over looked it and went in to see the pediatrician who had four other people in the consultation room sitting why i was standing that was when i complained about me standing all through my visit to the hospital and the doctor flared up and became uncontrollably rude.The management need to provide enough space for patient and their relatives to sit, i mean i can’t visit the hospital and stand when i’m paying for the services. Lastly the hospital should employ a more qualified pediatrician because what they’ve isn’t one. Here by I’m rating the hospital 1/10 because the services are very poor.

They attended to me like I was of no value and constantly make use of their phones, showing each other girls dresses and makeups while I stood all the time. They requested same details severally and where annoying. After there, the lady in charge of taking vitals did her job with utmost focus. The queue system to see the doctor was not managed as patients just go in and out as they please. I got jumped several times but couldn't do a thing about it cos at some point the doctor just stretches his hands to select any patient he feels like. I did everything standing. The hospital lacks proper space for visitors and motor park. They need to increase the space or relocate the hospital because accidents could easily happen outside the gate due to no traffic security and the place been attached directly to the main road. I was reffered to the lab, and they did their job very well. Foundation Memorial Hospital needs more staffs to coordinate stuffs around the premises. They need space for visitors to sit because aside myself who stood all through, I noticed some patients squatting and standing also. The place is very unkept for a hospital and I must say, I'm highly disappointed. I gave two stars because a few of their service and staffs are doing their jobs.
If I have my chance I will never visit this hospital until I see changes.
