My dad has other underlining health challenges as well which made him a very high risk patient. Other hospitals had given up and were not willing to take the risk of carrying out the surgery on him. Even my dad had given up hope and was slowly slipping into depression. When we met Dr. Undie, he assured us that he was going to take it as a challenge and he took EVERY NECESSARY PROCEDURE to ensure that the surgery was a success. And boy, it was a SUCCESS!! The Holmium Laser Encapsulation of the Prostate (HoLEP) was used.
The post op was a very tricky period as well due to the peculiarity of my dad’s condition but all hands were on deck and flawless care was given to him and he was nursed back to health.
I want to say a special thank you to Dr. Undie,, Dr. Dimlong, all the nurses and a whole lot of others I don’t know their names. They were fantastic. The service managers (Salama and Nneka) were amazing, always providing us with whatever information we needed and reassuring us that everything was going to be fine. It felt like being amongst family.

Ranging from Doctors experience and lack of communication skills, bad interpreter, Nurses that don't go through a patient file before treatment, lack of good communication, a very bad food from their kitchen, inconsistent elevator, bad emergency Doctors at the emergency units and so on. Things are not right there. They keep giving you referrals even when it is not necessary just to extort money from you. And the Doctors I came in contact are so arrogant apart from only one of them. My experience at Nisa Hospital was extremely disappointing. The customer service is poor, disorganized, and lacking basic professionalism. Staff seemed uninterested in helping and offered little to no communication or empathy.
The delays were completely unacceptable. Patients were left waiting for hours with no clear explanation, no updates, and no sense of urgency, even in situations where time clearly mattered.
For a hospital, this level of inefficiency and disregard for patients is alarming. A healthcare facility should prioritize care, communication, and respect, but unfortunately, Nisa Hospital fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this hospital based on my experience. Send your front desk officers for more training on customer service and satisfaction. They also lack empathy, too bad.
