To be honest I haven’t seen doctors and nurses like the one I saw here in Regions ..
There services clean and understandable… they have the best doctors, nurses, accountants and the best service….. I rate Regions healthcare hospital the BEST ……
Nwaneri K.★★★★★ — I would like to sincerely commend Regions Hospital for the quality of care and professionalism shown by the medical staff. The environment is clean, organized, and welcoming, which makes a big difference for patients and their families during stressful times.
One suggestion for improvement would be to provide free internet access for patients and visitors. Having access to Wi-Fi would help people stay connected with loved ones, manage personal responsibilities, and make long waiting or recovery periods more comfortable.
Thank you for the great work you are doing in caring for the community
Becky Ra★★★★★ — Was at bob memorial hospital last night been 6/1/26 and it was a horrible one! My child was diagnosed of sepsis, I paid every single bill , requested for a private room but they gave it to another patient that wasn’t even in the hospital, was treated like a trash! I was abandoned at the upper incomplete building with no medical care! Instead the wicked little self acclaimed doctor was busy eating and making jokes with the nurses, I wasted 5 good hours in that so called hospital! Came 8 pm and left with anger around 1:25 am! See ne? Pray he gets all good if not I will sue you and your entire staff!

Chimdimma O.★★★★★ — Healthcare services are a cornerstone of any society, and their quality directly impacts the well-being of the population. To improve these services, a multi-faceted approach is necessary.
1. Access to healthcare must be improved, this includes ensuring that services are available to all, regardless of their socioeconomic status or geographic location. Telemedicine, mobile clinics, and community health programs can play a crucial role in bridging the gap in access, especially in remote or underserved areas.
2. The quality of care needs to be consistently high, this involves investing in training and education for healthcare professionals, promoting evidence-based practices, and utilizing technology to enhance diagnostics and treatments. Regular audits and patient feedback mechanisms are also essential for identifying areas for improvement and ensuring accountability.
3. Healthcare systems must be efficient and patient-centered, this means streamlining administrative processes, reducing wait times, and fostering a culture of empathy and respect. Empowering patients with information and involving them in their care decisions can significantly improve their overall experience and outcomes.

Okudah N.★★★★★ — Run! Run! Scam alert! As you're reading this, don't set foot in this hospital if you don't want to be ripped off your hard-earned money.
Let me tell you the pattern they use:
First, they will tell you to make a deposit of about 150k-300k into their wallet, from there they will be commencing treatment.
If you try it, you've fallen into their trap.
Next, they will tell you your patient needs oxygen that she can't breathe well blablabla..
For a patient to be in an oxygen per hour costs 12k. Imagine your patient stays on oxygen for 24hrs or more, do the maths...
Then, they will tell you they can't find the vain to admister injection through IV. That they would recommend setting up central IV line which costs about 300k+ (which we rejected).
All these are happening just in an interval of 3-4 days. Just four days our bill has skyrocketed to 1.5m+.
Since my mom was admitted four days ago she's been on oxygen, cather and medications that are not even related to what we brought her there for.
She has been without oxygen in another hospital before we transferred her to this hospital. Suddenly, she now needs constant oxygen in this hospital.
In summary, this hospital is a SCAM!
If you like go and try...
