Went early in the morning to have Arabian Tea, not only was it not available (which is not the real issue here) but the place was looking so unkempt and the outdoor sitting arrangement was too dirty from the activities of the previous night. No effort was made to clean up a space for new customers like me. Honestly, not a very good first impression and the staff were not professional at all in their responses to inquiries.
