After my first wash, I happily gave you 5 stars because I was impressed. But this is my third wash, and honestly, I’m utterly and completely disappointed with how you handled this transaction.
Everything seemed fine at first until it was time to deliver my clothes. I clearly mentioned I needed them for church. He told me they’d be ready by Thursday or Friday.
Thursday came, no update. I waited till Friday, still nothing. I decided to reach out, and he said "it should have been delivered.”
Then, to my surprise, he sent me the house address and phone number of the person washing my clothes, asking me to go and find him myself. I couldn’t believe it. How is that my job as the customer?
Even after being patient and respectful, he kept insisting that I should locate the guy to get my clothes. After 5 days of waiting and searching, I finally tracked the person down, only to discover the clothes weren’t even ironed.
Because of this, I had nothing to wear for church or work. I had to recycle old clothes just to manage. That level of inconvenience and stress is completely unnecessary.
You acted nonchalant when it mattered the most to solve your problems and you've messed up big time and you've lost me.
