Called and sent messages to their Akoka branch but nobody responded to me for hours until I decided to call the Surulere branch. Surulere branch picked at once and responded to my WhatsApp messages immediately. I really commend the person that attended to me. Her name is Mercy. She was very professional and courteous. She shared cake designs and helped me with the payment. She even kept calling on WhatsApp just to ensure a smooth process. When I got the cake the following day, Mercy still called again to ask if I liked the cake. Only reservation is that the cake was not fluffy, it was hard. Probably not freshly baked. But overall customer service was great.
