Eze O.★★★★★ — This diagnosic clinic is the worseeee place I’ve ever been too. Especially the people (workers) handling the service downstairs that concerns X-rays. They were unprofessional and RUDE about how they attended to me. They laughed and made jokes at my expense when trying to explain things to me.
onyeka J.★★★★★ — Heard they are best but the attitude of one staff i meet today is unprofessional, unethical and not to condone in a reputable establishment as been recommended by people.
She is in charge of collecting blood samples today 11-09-2025. Her disrespectful & Nonchalant attitude towoards costmes who come to patronize her seems she is either under paid or there to supervise the exodus of customers. That lady, the big one should be checkmate for the interest of the establishment.
She made to collect back my money and left the lab for an alternative one because I felt rejected.
Chigozie P.★★★★★ — This hospital lack staff members making the process very long and exusting
Please u guys should improve
Let's not talk about the neglect
This hospital is known for its good and correct positive results
But now it's not the same
Am so highly disappointed today
Silva N.★★★★★ — I am deeply disappointed with the service at Nic Diagnostics NSuka. My wife and I arrived at 10 a.m. for a scheduled scan, as she was experiencing bleeding. We had paid for the service, and our number was 33. However, despite being there for hours, our number was only called at 3 p.m a. That's a full five-hour wait! To make matters worse, we found out that only one person was handling everything, leading to extremely delayed service.
This is absolutely unacceptable, especially given the serious nature of our situation. We expected better care and timeliness, but instead, we felt completely neglected.
**Suggestions for Improvement:**
1. **Staffing:** The clinic should consider hiring additional staff or having more personnel handling appointments, especially for cases that require immediate attention.
2. **Communication:** Patients should be informed of wait times upfront so they can make informed decisions about whether to wait or reschedule.
3. **Prioritizing Urgent Cases:** For patients with urgent health concerns, such as bleeding, they should be prioritized to avoid delays.
4. **Efficiency:** The clinic should improve operational efficiency so that multiple tasks (like scanning, paperwork, and customer service) can be handled simultaneously instead of relying on one person to manage everything.
We hope these changes are considered, as it could make a huge difference for future patients. And we are still dere waiting for our results. *Remember we came 10a.m*
