Our experience with Sweet Cravings was nothing short of a disaster. They arrived at 11:00 AM to set up for a 2:00 PM event, yet when guests approached their stand at the start of the event, they claimed they weren’t ready. By 2:30 PM, both guests and organizers were frustrated, only to be casually informed that the ice cream hadn’t even arrived. When it finally showed up at 3:00 PM, it was completely melted and stored in a filthy deep freezer—despite us paying for a proper show glass freezer.
The waffle maker was disgustingly dirty, and the apple pie wells were unappetizing. Word spread quickly about the poor hygiene, and only about 10 guests dared to try their so-called desserts. The staff was rude, uncooperative, and completely unprepared. They ignored guests, organizers, and even the celebrant, making it painfully obvious they had no control over their service.
As the event drew to a close and they noticed guests were deliberately avoiding their stand, they desperately tried to push the melted ice cream onto attendees— even making absurd remarks like, “You don’t know how to eat what you’re supposed to eat.” In the end, they had no choice but to pack up and leave with their melted, inedible mess.
Sweet Cravings was an absolute embarrassment, a total waste of money and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for professionalism, cleanliness, or basic customer service.
