I eventually had to scout around the neighbourhood for a business centre to make a copy. Such requirement should be clearly spelt in email communication to clients to prevent such unnecessary and avoidable inconvenience.

Customer service is ZERO. You don't even know where you items have gotten to.. a delivery of 3-4 days with other courier service, takes them 2weeks+ and counting after rubbish promises of 1-5 days.. your clients would have changed their minds by then...
